Made From The Best Stuff on Earth

I was enjoying a delicious Snapple Peach Iced Tea the other day when I noticed it.

“Real Fact” #831 on the bottom of my Snapple lid.

I was laying down a sick beat by pressing the safety button on top of the cap when the tiny silver lid flew off the table.  As I reached for it, I noticed it had landed upside down revealing some incredibly small text.

Six-year-olds laugh an average of 300 times a day.  Adults only laugh 15 to 100 times a day.

It was like a fortune cookie, but about 10,000 times more useful.

Shortly after reading those few lines of microscopic text, I came to the realization that I would be living the rest of my days on this planet as a six-year-old.

Thank you Snapple.

Enjoy The Journey

It is officially 7:51 am MST and I have yet to smile.

22 years ago to the date, I am sure I had smiled close to 25 times by now. Sad……

love it! remember… hugs are life’s rainbows. Obvi.

  3. It’s also been proven that if you laugh, your mood is elevated. Even when it’s a “fake laugh”, it has been proven to be effective… Oh… and sarcastic laughs are counter-productive to your mood as well. (hidden anger)

    • I’ve heard about the benefits of laughing too. What an easy remedy for feeling down in the dumps.

My only question is how do you determine if you’re simply “fake laughing” vs. “sarcastic laughing”?
